Wreck history

Big Al historic photo
Built in 1954, the tugboat underwent extensive repairs at American Custom Yachts in Stuart. Unfortunately, the owner was unable to pay the subsequent bill, leading the tug to sit idle for a year. Eventually, the yard foreclosed on the owner and generously donated the vessel to the Martin County Anglers Club, where it found a new purpose and home.
