Site description

This site is a hard bottom reef that has a 2 to 3 feet ledge - like many other typical shallow reefs in the area. It's a good site for training. At this dive site, nurse sharks are often found resting under ledges. Additionally, you’ll encounter the threatened Staghorn Coral, along with various other large hard corals, gorgonians, and sponges. The area is teeming with fish as well.Boating activity is high - specially during weekends - given its close proximity to Haulover inlet. Some corals have been treated for diseases in this site. Divers may find small yellow tags. It's always a good idea to take picture showing the tag number and share with authorities to monitor progress. Do not remove any tags if found.(seafan.org)
