Site description
Part of the 3rd reef line (outer reef), Loran Tower is a fantastic dive for both Open Water and Advanced Open Water divers. The west facing ledge holds a nice variety of tropical fish. Nurse sharks and turtles are often spotted in this site.

Local operators will often conduct the site as a drift dive - meaning divers will be picked up downcurrent at the end of the dive. Always remember to carry a dive flag.
Typical conditions
Conditions are often good in this site. Currents are moderate to strong. Visibility can vary a lot - divers have reported very low visibility (10 feet or less) and also as good as 70 feet.
