Site description

Constructed in the 1920s, the Rock Pile Artificial Reef comprises an out haul pipe enveloped in rocks. Situated at a depth of 30 feet with a relief of 15 feet, the reef is home to an extensive array of tropical fish. It is frequently referred to as a shark dive due to the regular sightings of nurse sharks resting within its crevices. Navigationally straightforward, the Rock Pile extends from east to west, rendering it quite challenging to lose one’s way.
