Site description

This site is part of the middle linear reef tract that runs from north to south. The benthic cover here is rich and varied, featuring numerous hard corals, gorgonians, sponges, and colonial zoanthids. Keep an eye out for reef fish, including grunts—they might be abundant in this area!

Typical conditions

Visibility is often good in this site (50 feet +) and current are very mild. Conditions may be affected by low tide given the site proximity to the Miami inlet and its shallow depth.
