About Conch Republic

Conch Republic Divers, located in Tavernier at the heart of the Upper Florida Keys, offers a dive experience that is both personal and expansive. They pride themselves on not being the fastest or cheapest, but rather on providing quality scuba certification and instruction. Their approach ensures that once you’re certified, you’re well-prepared for the underwater world, complete with a dive table and log book. The dive center is known for its patient and thorough instructors who have years of diving experience. After your dive, you can enjoy private warm water showers and a dressing area, along with dedicated internet access to check your emails. Conch Republic Divers is situated in a prime location, running out of Tavernier Creek Marina, which gives them access to over 41 nautical square miles of reef line. This allows them to offer a wide variety of sea and reef life for scuba diving in the Florida Keys. In addition to shallow and intermediate reefs, they also dive the major wrecks in the area, including the U.S. Coast Guard Cutters Duane and Bibb, Spiegel Grove, and the Eagle. Whether you’re staying in Key Largo or Islamorada, Tavernier is just a short distance away for some of the best scuba diving experiences in the Florida Keys.
